Mellanox Technologies is an Israeli company founded in 1999, and a leading supplier of InfiniBand and Ethernet connectivity solutions for enterprise data centers and high-performance computing. The company manufactures advanced, efficient communication solutions that enable ultra-fast connections between computers. Its customers include large companies such as Fujitsu, Oracle, Dell, IBM and HP.
Mellanox has headquarters in Sunnyvale, California and Yokneam, Israel. Company employees total some 750 employees worldwide, 650 of whom are Israeli.
The Tel-Hai development center was established in 2009. A successful cooperation with the Tel-Hai College and the “Best for Industry” program helped to encourage the company to locate in Tel Hai, as a location with a strategic competitive advantage relative to low-cost development centers overseas.
