The Lavon Industrial Park implements a unique integrative model, placing high-tech industrial factories, a regional education center, and a high-quality community, all within walking distance of each other. The Lavon Industrial Park was founded in 1998 south of Tefen, and it overlooks the spectacular views of the Gush Segev region and the city of Carmiel. The Park has undergone a recent expansion, thanks to the accelerated growth of the four metal and plastic factories currently occupying the Park, and it now offers more industrial structure rentals and office rentals than it ever has before.
Not Just Industrial Structures - The Lavon Industrial Park doesn't settle for just offering a concentration of industrial structures, office rentals, and other advanced business real-estate solutions in the North - it offers much more. The "Zur Lavon" education center, located at the Industrial Park, offers a diverse program of industrial training courses, such as an industrial entrepreneurship course for the Jewish and Arab populations. In 2006, the vocational high school "Zur Lavon" was launched.
